Structuring advice at the interface between law and tax
Mr Stefan Raster is a tax law specialist and as such is engaged to provide structuring advice in Commercial and Corporate Law – national and international – and to advise on tax issues. Clients value his analytical approach and his ability to direct disputed tax issues, at every stage of the process, in dialogue with the tax office, towards mutually agreed solutions.
Mr Raster began his professional career with a Big Four accounting firm and was employed for many years in a position of responsibility with a multi-disciplinary firm before he joined the team at FORUM von Seelstrang & Partner mbB in 2018. His memberships include the Munich Business Tax Forum Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
