As an accredited inheritance law specialist, Dr. Hoenicke has many years of experience in estate planning for private persons. He distinguishes himself through his strategic thinking, which he is able to employ to great advantage in managing court proceedings. In addition he is the author of diverse technical articles regarding risk management and asset protection. Florian Hoenicke is a member of the Inheritance Law Working Group of the German Lawyers’ Association and a lecturer at a Munich University.
