We perform all types of business audits and issue audit reports confirming that such audits have been carried out together with their results as well as statutory and voluntary audits of annual financial reports for businesses of all legal forms, due diligence examinations, incorporation audits (primarily for public companies), audits in accordance with WpHG (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – Securities Trading Act), audits in accordance with the German Transformation Act, audits as part of the acquisition of participation rights, capital raisings or the acceptance of new shareholders, special audits, business or share valuations as well as valuation activities in the business management area.
